When and how did you stumble upon this, and what do you “relate” to in it?
How has this image served your growth as an artist?
What is relevant to an appreciation of this image, and does it tell a story?
This image is of some of my friends and our frog lights. I relate to these people and the experiences that they involve. I also love our light up frogs. These people make me feel loved and less alone. I took this picture when we were hanging out because I want to keep in my mental library of creativity.
This image is appreciable because it captures people that I love. The story of this image is of people who are comfortable around each other.Ren, my blue haired friend, has such a wide and expressive smile. Joey seems content. I really like the
energy that this photo is displaying. Also, it's visually intriguing that Ren is holding all of the frogs.
They have heavily served my growth as an artist. My friends have helped me to break out of my mental bubble when it comes to being creative. They have given me ideas, constructive criticism, different artistic perspectives, and overall support in my journey, and my dream to go to art school and do something artistic with my life.
